Different geographies mean different and sometimes confusing rules, offers and processes associated with potential rebates available from local utilities or local/state governmental agencies. Plus, the evolving federal tax credit regulations associated with the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (which extends the benefits of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 through December 31, 2013), can provide substantial benefits, if you qualify and can prove it. We will assist you in identifying, documenting and obtaining those financial incentives for which you qualify, improving the financial projections associated with all of your lighting projects. We also offer shared savings plans which provide a financing alternative for qualified projects. This plan allows you to implement your energy efficient lighting project with no upfront expenses. We will purchase and install the new equipment for your project. A portion of the energy cost savings achieved by the project is used to payback the initial, upfront investment over time at agreed upon terms. The balance of the savings is retained by your organization creating an immediate boost to cash flow. When the term concludes you keep the equipment and retain 100% of the savings, thereafter.
